(Pour recevoir le lien de connexion\, il suffit de s’inscrire ici.) \nOn Monday\, November 24 from 5.30pm to 7pm\, we will be listening to Jessica Thrasher Chenot give a talk entitled: \n“Kings of Late Night and the Reign of Trump: Television satire and free speech in America’s transforming media and political landscape.” \nThis session will be held online. (Sign up here to receive the invite link) \n\nJessica Thrasher Chenot is Associate Professor in American Studies at Université de Rouen Normandie. She co-directs the Applied Foreign Languages Master’s program and is co-director of the research area Espaces\, Cultures\, Politique at the ERIAC laboratory. She teaches US civilization\, current political affairs in the English-speaking world\, and professional communication at the bachelor’s and master’s levels. Her research topics focus on representation\, gender\, and US television.
