The COLOR2 Project:

DESCRIPTION
LIDILE was asked to participate in a project funded by the Cancéropôle Grand Ouest, which brings together the INSERM CIC 802 Epidemiology Unit, Poitiers University Hospital, and The Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy, University of Poitiers. This study is supported by the ARS.

CHALLENGES
This multidisciplinary programme, conducted in collaboration with Medical Engineers and Sociologists aims to uncover the mechanisms of the construction of interactions initiated by preventative healthcare telephone discourses and analyse the links created between the different spheres such as doctors, patients, caregivers, and relatives. It is also a question of identifying how the discursive history is constructed—interdiscourse and polyphony—of schematizing this dynamic in order to highlight what rhetoric calls persuasion, that is to say, the set of linguistic means implemented by the caregiver to convince an interlocutor. The discourse analysis is based on Lexico, Alceste, Iramuteq, and Hyperbase software.
